This project is located at the NEC of 120th and Federal in Westminster, CO. The Car Wash will be part of the development known as Country Club Village. It will include several retail pads and several restaurants along with FirsTier Bank. Below is the current site plan for the car wash project along with the overall project site plan. This project closed on the land 10-05-06 and Bids are being reviewed so it can break ground for construction. |
