Project consists of taking 2.53 acres of undeveloped land and creating a 3 + 2 Car Wash along with 13,348sf of Retail Space and Lot 4 to be determined. The project is located at the corner of Centennial Blvd and 30th St in Colorado Springs, CO. Below is the current site plan along with elevations for the Retail Space and the Car Wash portions of the project. We recently made our second filing with Colorado Springs Planning Department based on changes they requested in the first filing. We are currently marketing retail space and the remaining pad.
