Car Washes |

1. We have several clients we are working with to locate and finalize car wash site choices. 2. A 4 + 2 car wash is about to break ground at Reunion in Commerce City, Co. 3. Currently working on the Centennial Centre project at the corner of Centennial and 30th in Colorado Springs, CO. This project will include a 3 + 2 Car Wash, Retail Space and a pad site is still available. 4. We are also developing a project near Bowles & Alkire in Jefferson County, CO which will include retail space, and a 3 bay quick lube service to compliment an express tunnel car wash. 5. Another Car wash project we are developing is part of the Country Club Village development located at 120th & Federal in Westminster, CO. This will be an express tunnel car wash with a detailing service. 6. Just recently completed and opened is the 3 + 2 car wash and retail center located at the SEC of Iliff and Tower in Aurora, CO. 7.
