Text Box: 10 Acre parcel along Parker Rd in Parker, Colorado. Project to include Park Glenn West Storage Units, FirsTier Bank, Retail Space and the final 3.2 acres is still available.

Project consists of Conoco Gas with C-Store, 4 + 2 Car Wash, and Checker Auto Parts. Part of a larger project to include Walgreen’s, Sonic’s, Wells Fargo Bank, and Big Box Retail are planned.

Currently working on several car wash development projects along the Front Range from Denver to Colorado Springs.

Text Box: A 2.53 acre project to include Retail Space, Car Wash and a Bank in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Currently dealing with the city to ok a final site plan.

Centennial Centre

Project is located at the corner of Bowles Ave and Alkire Rd in Jefferson County Colorado. Project to include Retail facility along with a Car Wash and  Automotive Repair to be determined.

Text Box: Located at the NEC of 120th and Federal as part of the Country Club Village Project. Currently out for construction bids and closing occurred early October, 2006.

New two story FirsTier Bank being developed as part of the Parkglenn subdivision project along Parker Rd. The project is to include retail and a restaurant totaling over 8,500sf.

New to the area, we are working with the Owners and the area Franchise Representative to develop several Brake Masters in Denver. Currently Brake Masters has only 1 Denver metro location.
