Parkglenn West Subdivision |

The Parkglenn West Subdivision Project is a full Annexation, Platting and Site Plan Project that started with the 10 acre Parker Trailer property at 11775 Parker Rd in Parker, Colorado. The process of Annexation into the city is complete, the final approval from the city was on 04-17-06. The Project has been platted into several pads. Lot 2 recently closed to become Parkglenn West Storage Units 10-05-06 and construction will begin soon. Lot 1 is under contract for a 6,000sf FirsTier Bank and will include 8,500sf of restaurant and retail space. The 3.2 acres that make up Lot 3 is still available and yet to be determined at this time and can be subdivided. Also part of this project will be the completion of Parkglenn Way connecting Parker Rd. with Dransfeldt Rd. as required by the Town of Parker. The construction of the new road is currently underway and should wrap up soon. Parties with interest in Lot 3 can contact Howald Associates with any questions. |
