Reunion |

This project started with approx 3 acres which was then platted to 3 pads. Conoco gas, Checker Auto Parts and a 4 + 2 Car Wash are planned uses for these pads. Conoco has almost completed construction on their portion of the project and will open soon. The Car Wash portion of the project is out to General Contractors for construction bids and should be done around the end of the year. The Car Wash will have cross marketing with the Conoco to sell washes at the gas pumps. The Checker’s should break ground by the end of the year. Reunion is a Shea Homes project to develop housing and retail in the 104th Ave and Tower Rd area of Commerce City, Colorado. Below are a couple of pictures including elevations for the future Car Wash and Conoco C-Store /Gas Station. Below that is the site plan for the 3 pads on 3 acres and the master plan including landscaping for the overall retail project. |
